Can I use a real phone?

Yes. There are a variety of physical desk and office phones available. You do not need to just use the apps.

Can we purchase features ala-cart?

Yes. You absolutely have the ability to add components at ala-cart / one-off pricing.

How is this priced?

You pay per user using the service. In situations where you have multiple users, the included benefits are aggregated. For example, if 500 minutes are in the basic package, 2 users would share from the pool of 1000.

Do you include the necessary portals and tools?

Yes. Included in our advanced (enterprise) package, you also receive the ability for call-center control. This includes the manager interfaces, queue management and agent interface.

Can we use phone numbers we already have?

Yes! You can transfer phone numbers to TechBoot. This is known as “porting” and carries a 1 time transfer fee.

You can receive text messages but you will be unable to send any messages without going to the Professional Pack or as an Add-On service.

You can send faxes in a variety of ways:

– Email
– Mobile / Desktop App
– Physical Machine (With Adapter)

Is there a web-based phone available?

Yes! ReachUC also works in the Chrome browser. While other browsers may work, Chrome is the only officially supported one.

Yes, ReachUC has the ability to send messages. If you send a message to another extension (user) they are secure and no additional charge.

What is the difference between basic and pro?

In the basic user package, you will be able to send / receive calls, incoming SMS & basic functions. The pro license lets you use the desktop app as well as all features. This includes sending SMS and faxing.

Is there a web-based phone available?

Yes! ReachUC also works in the Chrome browser. While other browsers may work, Chrome is the only officially supported one.

Can I use a physical fax machine?

Yes. You need to use a hardware adapter. There is a one time charge for the equipment as well as a monthly charge. We strongly encourage the use of online or app based faxing.
